Is investing in 'bricks' worthwhile? Herengracht index provides historical insight.

House prices in the Netherlands have doubled in ten years. Is this something new? Or have bricks always become more expensive? Popular science magazine Quest dug into the matter and found insights with UM professor Piet Eichholtz.

Instructive figures, not only for those interested in a loft on the Herengracht for 2.5 million euros.
