Nine UM researchers receive support from WUN Research Development Fund

Nine researchers from Maastricht University (UM) are to receive grants this year from the Research Development Fund (RDF) of the Worldwide Universities Network (WUN). A total of 15 research projects were selected out of 31 applications in the 2019-2020 funding round. UM is participating in seven projects that have been awarded grants. In addition, two proposals that were submitted by UM researchers but which did not receive RDF support will receive a modest start-up contribution from UM.

UM researcher Katie Kuschminder of the Maastricht Graduate School of Governance (MGSoG) submitted one of the proposals that was awarded an RDF grant: Gendering Migration: Women and Girls Experiences of Gender-based discrimination, abuse and violence across migratory stages.
