Ukraine and Russia meet at a high level in Antalya
High-level talks are taking place between Ukraine and Russia for the first time since the Russian invasion. Foreign ministers are discussing the war in the Turkish resort of Antalya today. "It is very important symbolically," says Russia expert Mariëlle Wijermars of Maastricht University. "At the same time, this is only a first conversation: conditions must now first be created in which agreements can actually be made."
